Akrim was one of the kindest receptionist I've ever met in my life. Clean rooms perfect service. The 703 bus terminal five was right outside. And it's a 1 hour pleasant walk.
Really nice hotel having been refurbished. Staff very polite and helpful. Rooms exceptional and bed very comfortable. Secure garage great. However, it is a little pricey.

Nice hotel, just outside ULEZ zone, but about 8 minutes by car to Heathrow airport. Rooms were comfortable, nice pillows and beds were ok. Hubby said they were a bit hard, but I thought they were ok. They are having some renovation work done, but that hinder our stay. Staff were very friendly and polite. A small cold buffet breakfast is available, but not sure if that works s chargeable. Parking was £15 a night in a secure underground carpark. There is a pub opposite serving authentic Thai cuisine All in all, our nights stay was very pleasant and we will stay there again, when we need to fly from Heathrow.
10月半ばにダブルルームに滞在しました。 1ヶ月前に予約したからか、奥の静かな部屋に案内してもらえました。 部屋は大きなスーツケースを二つ広げても余裕があるほど広々としていて居心地がよかったです。 寝具や水場は掃除されていて清潔でした。 バスルームにはシャワーのほかにバスタブもありました！ ヘアー&ボディジェル、ヘアドライヤーが用意されています。 歯ブラシなどのアメニティはありません。 給湯ポットとカップ、コーヒー、紅茶などが用意されています。 10月半ばだったので部屋は暑くも寒くもなく快適でした。滞在前にエアコンを取り外したとメールがありましたが実際にはエアコンが完備されており使うことができました。 ３日間の滞在のうち、最初の1日はwi-fiが繋がりませんでした。 ヒースロー空港からはホテルの目の前に到着するシャトルや公営バスが走っていて、ヒースロー空港を利用する際には大変便利です。 バスタブがあることは到着してから分かったのですが、思いがけずお風呂を楽しめたのはとても嬉しかったです。 値段以上の価値がある、快適な滞在となりました。
Very good value for money and handy for the Airport.
Great rooms, they are clean and have everything you would need for a Nights stay. So close to the airport yet you can’t hear a single thing it’s very quiet. Perfect for good nights sleep. Comfy bed and clean bathroom. Yes it’s a little dated but all amenities are In Good condition and staff here are super friendly. They serve breakfast, pizza in evening and have a 24hr bar. Parking available at cost, street parking available too. 2 restaurants in walking distance, Thai opposition hotel and Italian 2 min walk away.
